Returns & Refunds

We will happily accept returns on all full-priced merchandise for store credit. All full-priced, unused, unwashed, attached tags merchandise can be returned for store credit. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, and etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

We must receive the returned product within 7 days from the date of original purchase. Once we receive your return please allow 3-6 business days for processing as a store credit. We need your phone number in order to give you a store credit. Once processed your store credit, it is not going to expired. It will stay under you phone number that you provide us. 

Defective Merchandise:

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo and information to oaklandpark@uptowncheapskate.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order receipt.

Jewelry, scarves, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear and swimsuits, beachwear and all accessory items are final sale.

How to return merchandise:

You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the package. Please include a copy of the receipt and please state the reason for your return on the back of the receipt. If you do not have a copy of the receipt, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction.   

*It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package in case it gets lost amidst its travels back to us.
